Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Custom Fabrication Policies
All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Every effort is made to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. Notification will be sent within 4 business days to the email address listed on your order.
Note: Design fees are not refundable once the design process has been approved by you. Due to fluctuations in the platinum, gold and silver markets, prices may be subject to change. Please note that if your custom order is an item that incurs a price increase we will notify you by email or phone and request your approval for the increase. If you do not approve the increase you may cancel the order and receive a refund for any funds paid above the approved designing fee.
Refunds & Exchanges:
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will try our best to find a solution. Refunds are conducted under limited circumstances as well as exchanges. All orders must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. You have 7 days within receipt of purchase to express your discontent with your purchase, Boswell Jewelers reserves the right to refuse to conduct a refund or an exchange
Custom order or commissioned jewelry:
Pieces that are created as a special order and/or custom design, a custom order, or jewelry that requires modification such as ring sizing or exchanging stones and is ordered on a commission basis is non-returnable. My guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals (gold or silver). Note that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece(s) and/or minor differences in the stone colors and shape.
Any standard item that is customized (ring sizing, adding stones, changing stones, etc.) is non-returnable for refund.
Custom orders and custom sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
If for any reason your purchase is in need of repair, simply contact us. Most repairs take approximately 2 weeks and may incur a fee depending on the severity of the repair. Please provide a message explaining the nature of damage. Shipping and repairing fees may apply. Boswell Jewelers reserves the right to refuse to repair/replace jewelry depending on the length of time from purchase.
For the lifetime of your piece, we guarantee the mounting for your diamond, emerald, ruby, sapphire or other colored stones against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found. This guarantee is solely for you and is non-transferable. We cannot cover the natural wear or aging of materials. Gold and other metals wear over time and usage.
